At Golden Horizon, we recognize that our suppliers and contractors are an extension of our team. When we enter into agreements with third parties, we expect full compliance with our Core Values, our Code of Conduct, and all relevant laws and regulations in the jurisdictions where we operate.

We expect our partners to refrain from offering gifts, favors, or hospitality that could compromise — or be perceived as compromising — the professionalism, impartiality, or objectivity of the Golden Horizon team. Strictly prohibited are any cash payments, discounts, gift cards, bonuses, or incentives to our employees — in any form and under any circumstances.

All information accessed by suppliers in the course of working with Golden Horizon must be treated as confidential. This includes any non-public data, content, images, or business-related information. Public sharing or posting about Golden Horizon — including on social media — is only permitted with prior written consent from the company.

Golden Horizon follows a strict zero-tolerance policy toward corruption. We require all suppliers to comply with all applicable anti-bribery and anti-corruption laws in their jurisdiction. It is strictly forbidden to offer, request, or promise bribes, kickbacks, facilitation payments, or any other form of improper benefit — whether on behalf of the company or for personal gain.

Any trading of shares or securities based on insider, non-public information related to Golden Horizon is considered illegal. We strongly advise all partners and their representatives to refrain from disclosing or acting upon such information, and to fully comply with all applicable securities laws and stock exchange regulations.

Our suppliers are expected to respect human rights by upholding the dignity, freedom, and equality of every individual. We require adherence to the principles outlined in the Universal Declaration of Human Rights of the United Nations, and we encourage a work environment free from any form of discrimination or harassment.

Suppliers must promptly disclose any situation or relationship that creates an actual, potential, or perceived conflict of interest in connection with our business. They should avoid any personal or business associations that might compromise their ability to fulfill their obligations impartially.

Any political activities undertaken by our suppliers must clearly indicate that they do not represent Golden Horizon in any capacity, regardless of the nature of our business relationship. Suppliers are prohibited from attending meetings with government officials (including regulatory bodies or government departments) regarding Golden Horizon matters without the presence of our designated staff, who must record all details of the interaction.

Suppliers are required to maintain accurate, complete, and truthful records of all interactions and transactions with Golden Horizon. Any payment errors must be reported immediately. We have a zero-tolerance policy toward fraud, and any attempt to distort facts is unacceptable and will not be tolerated.
